IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Pallet delivery

  In order to ensure that your portable air conditioner is delivered in a good condition, this portable air conditioner will be delivered via a pallet delivery due to the weight of the item. 

  Note that pallet delivery is a "kerb-side" delivery which means that the driver will only deliver to the front of your property.  Unfortunately they will not be able to assist you with carrying your item into your property.  The item comes with a pallet to protect the item during transit.  You will be responsible to dispose of the pallet after the delivery.

• We aim to deliver your order to your door step between 1 - 3 working days. We offer a next day delivery service for urgent deliveries however you be charged an additional delivery fee to use this service.
• We deliver for a FREE standard delivery option to mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland excluding Ireland). Our free delivery option applies to every order placed on our website regardless of order quantity or size. Next day deliveries or International deliveries will incure an additional delivery charge.
• Delivery of larger items (things that need two people to get it to you, like commercial split air conditioners and commercial dehumidifiers) is available in England, Scotland and Wales, allowing us to deliver to your room of choice where it’s safe to do so.
• Our friendly drivers will contact you on the day, to discuss delivering your order. If you are self-isolating, please make us aware so we can rearrange your delivery date.
• We are currently experiencing high demand for large item delivery. If there is a delay to your delivery, we will message you as early as possible. We are working hard to offer our customers the best service we can and thank you for your continued patience and support.
• Unfortunately we do not install or assemble any item(s) you purchase. We do not offer an istallation or assembling service.

• You may return an item within 30 days from shipping date, for a refund or replacement. To qualify for a refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Please submit your returns request by contacting our Customer Support Team.
• Our contact telephone number and Customer Support Team email address are available on our Contact page.
• Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.
• We will review your request within 2 business days of receiving your request. Please DO NOT RETURN your  item(s) until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorisation number. This can also be abbreviated as RMA. 
• Once your request to return any item(s) has been approved by our Cutomer Support Team, you will receive a confirmation notification email. Your confirmation email will contain an RMA form summarising your reason for returning your item(s) and a packaging slip. Simply print your RMA form and packaging slip. Return your item to the address provided on the packaging slip we provide to you. Alternatively, we can arrange for a free collection at our expense. Any collections we arrange will only be made from the original address the purchased item(s) was delivered to.
• NOTE: Electronic items must be in the factory sealed packaging before returning item(s). We cannot accept items for return if the seal is broken.
• Any returned item(s) must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, so we recommend that you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
• If you have requested a full refund within 30 days of purchasing your item(s), a full and immediate refund will be issued back into the bank account used to make the original purchase. 
• Please allow up to 5 working days for payment to reflect in your bank account. Contact our Customer Support Team if you experience any issues. Our Customer Support Team is available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to reply to emails within 1 working day.
