We are Refcom F-Gas certified
Company number REF1021074
Refcom is the UK’s original and market-leading F-Gas approval body, and is a register of organisations accredited as competent to handle refrigerants and provide air conditioning and refrigeration services. For Shuddle Limited (T/A shuddle.co.uk), holding the Refcom accreditation is essential in establishing our credentials as a trusted and respected contractor in the HVAC sector, with the majority of our handling of refrigerants coming in the service and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
Membership of the Refcom accreditation means that our clients can be confident that we are competent in the handling and disposal of refrigerants and can supply all required information and supporting data, in compliance with current legislation.
Refcom carry out random surveillance and audits to enforce the F-Gas regulations and an organisation’s continuing certification. They also work closely with the Environment Agency and Defra to monitor compliance.
F-Gas is used in stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment and the experience of Shuddle Limited across many different industry sectors means it is essential that we comply with the Refcom requirements and maintain this accreditation.
This enables us to maintain our position as one of the most accredited HVAC companies and a leading HVAC contractor in the North west region of England, and because Refcom is a widely-recognised industry standard this displays our competence and knowledge, but also our commitment to best practice and in adhering to current legislation at all times.
