Delivery policy

We deliver to mainland UK.

We have suspended deliveries to Republic of Ireland and all International Deliveries.

NOTE: Orders placed after 11:59pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

We offer FREE delivery on every order. However this only applies to orders being delivered to a UK mainland address. We  DO NOT deliver to international addresses. All our prices are inclusive of VAT and free delivery.

We also offer a range of direct from supplier and bulky items which must be palletised for delivery. Delivery times on these items are clearly marked on the product page and typically take 1-3 working days for delivery. Next working day delivery is not available for Northern Ireland, Offshore Isles and some remote areas of Scotland where an additional charge may apply. Please see below or call for further details.

We strongly advise that tradesmen are only booked once in receipt of goods as we are unable to accept liability for costs incurred as a result of delays in delivery.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within two working days but on rare occasions some items maybe out of stock. We will always endeavour to keep you informed of anticipated dispatch dates if any delays do occur. When we notify you of the estimated arrival date you will be able to decide whether or not to proceed with the order. If we are unable to deliver within 14 days of ordering, we will always give you the option of receiving a full refund of any payments made. Where stock is not immediately available we may dispatch a part shipment of any orders at our discretion or wait until we have received shipment of any out of stock items you have ordered, and dispatch the whole order together.

We will make every effort to dispatch orders on the same day, or for orders placed after Midnight, on the next working day, however occasionally we may run out of certain stock items. We will try to notify you of any expected delays in dispatching your order. When we advise you of an expected dispatch date you can decide whether to continue with your order. Orders placed at weekends will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Customers may need to arrange assistance with larger, heavier units as we cannot guarantee that our couriers will be able to deliver units into the home. All couriers offer doorstep deliveries but customers not in ground floor flats or apartments may need to arrange further assistance after delivery.

Due to recent and upcoming postal strikes our couriers are experiencing slight delays in delivering some orders. We will continue to work hard to dispatch orders from our warehouse on time to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible however our normal delivery promises are not guaranteed. Thank you for your patience and apologies for any inconveniences which may have been caused.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Offshore Isles

​

The cost of delivery to Northern Ireland is set at £7.95, Scottish Highlands & Offshore Isles is at a flat rate of £11.95 for orders up to 30kg (product exclusions apply). Heavy and items sent on a pallet will cost more. Please contact us for shipping quotes on larger items. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may be subject to delays due to Customs checks.
